OK....time to make the lasagna with my homemade italian gravy and going to enjoy a wonderful relaxing night of reading and netflix and looking at wonderful vacation sites online. I love weekends!

I want to find a struffoli (sp?) recipe for easter. I remember my Grandma making it. And now that I am the cook of the family, I appreciate the efforts she put into everything. Not to mention, there are so many conveniences in todays grocery stores!
