Stuffed shells for dinner tonight. Filling is made with thick and creamy homemade ricotta with baby spinach then topped with a meat sauce. Dessert will be creme brûlée.

Mi famiglia is from the regions of  Palermo, Sicilia and Bari, Puglia. Both Palermo and Bari's cuisine offer Italy's most traditional and noteworthy dishes for seafood, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, wheat, olive oil and wine. This cuisine is also enriched by the wide variety of fruit and vegetables produced locally. Desserts from Sicily are superlative ~ cannoli, cassata, gelato ~ Mangia!
