Recently I am part of the Family Cooking with Nonna
This is a great idea that keeps alive a heritage of cooking traditions
I spent over 20 years teaching in the most famous Hotel and Catering School in Florence.
I taught Italian and History, but I also shared with my colleagues many fascinating experiences connected with hotel reception and tourism.

I'd like to join the group Italian Vacations , creating an ideal bridge between Italy and USA to keep the Family updated on news about Italian wine and food, the traditions, the most important events in and around Florence......and much more .
