DescriptionSeptember is apple time in the Carolinas and we will be making some really scrumptious things with apples so be sure to visit us often to see what we have cooked up! I love apples and I love scones so I decided to pair the two. What could be better right? Ingredients At a Glance:- 1 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
