Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

DescriptionMy sweetie is a big fan of pork chops and this is one of his favorite ways for me to fix them. It is not a quick week night recipe but a nice treat to serve up on the weekend. The process is simple and the wait for them to come out of the oven is well worth it!
