  • 1 whole Fish Tilapia
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 slices of onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1-teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cubes of Maggi cube seasoning
  • A pinch of thyme
  • 4 fresh peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cooking spoon of oil

Directions/Steps
  1. Wash the fish thoroughly and remove all the gills.
  2. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, thyme and 1.5 cubes of Maggi.
  3. Pour the lemon juice on the fish and place 1 of the onion slices on the fish also.
  4. Heat up the oven to 350 F for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the fish in foil paper and cover it up and place in a baking tray.
  6. Place in the oven and allow it bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Blend the peppers with the garlic.
  8. Chop the cucumbers and carrots.
  9. Heat up the oil for 1 minute; place the other onion slice in the pot.
  10. Pour in the blended pepper and fry for about 10 minutes.
  11. Toss in the remaining Maggi cube in the sauce; stir and allow the sauce to simmer for about 3 minutes.
  12. Remove the fish from the oven, peel off the top part of the skin of the fish and lay the cucumbers and carrots on the fish. Serve with the Chili Sauce.
