- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp thyme, ground
- ½ tsp sage, ground
- ½ tsp rosemary, ground
- 1 tbs parsley, dried
- 5 each sprigs of fresh basil, rosemary, and thyme, all finely chopped
- 4 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ea zest of lemon, plus juice
- 2 tbs capers
- 1 cup dry white wine
