Description

Florentine Apricot Tart.

Ingredients
  • Apricot Tart
  • Pastry
  • 300 gr plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tblsp granulates sugar
  • 1 tbsp Marsala
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 gr.sugar
  • cover ande live to rest for an hour in a dry place.
  • Roll out the dough and cut a disc of the size of the pan.
  • Big, ripe apricots n.15-20
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 gr butter
