Focaccia is one of the tasty flat breads for the Italian cuisine.  It is made all over Italy and of course it is made differently in every region. Often it is used in lieu of bread and it is excellent to make sandwiches too! Some of the most poulat types of focaccia are Focaccia Barese and Focaccia alla Genovese. But... any way you make it... it is great!
