Description

This is a refreshing, healthy little treat that is easy to prepare and lets you combine your favorite fruits. If you are taking them to a picnic I’d allow about 2 kebabs per person. I used banana, apple, grapes and pineapple.

  • 1 large apple peeled, sliced into ¾” chunks (at least 10)
  • 1 large banana, peeled, sliced into 10 slices
  • 10 chunks of canned pineapple, drained
  • 20 red seedless grapes
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (optional)
  • 10 kebab skewers
