  • One pound swordfish
  • 1/2 of a cup of white wine
  • 2/3 of a cup olive oil
  • One zucchini (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of herbs de provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
  • 4 mint leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
