DescriptionRecently my Sweetie requested banana pudding with merengue topping. Now it’s not that I don’t want to make what he asks for, but… I have this tendency to want to put my own spin on things… so… needless to say: a new dessert was born. What I like about this is the addition of some chocolate and no use of the oven.
Ingredients Related Recipes:- 90 vanilla wafers (approximately an 11 oz box)
- ½ 7.5 oz jar of marshmallow spread
- 1.5 cups banana ice cream, slightly softened and stirred to be spreadable
- 1 7.25 oz bottle chocoalte shell topping

Let us know if you try this or a variation of it. One of our readers said she couldn\'t get Marshmallow Spread in Turkey and I suggested that she slice a large marshmallow (hope they have them!) into rounds, place a wafer and quickly stick under the broiler....
