DescriptionHere are two of my favorite Southern foods: shrimp and pimento cheese. This mixture went perfectly on a variation of another Southern favorite: corn English muffins. I knew the second I saw them at the store I had to try them and their slightly sweet flavor was perfect. This recipe was a huge hit with the family and I know the next time I make this I will be doubling it!
Ingredients Related Recipes:- 8 oz cooked, shelled, deveined shrimp, chopped
- 1/3 cup celery chopped very fine
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped very fine
- 1/3 cup pimento cheese spread
- 4 corn English muffins
