Description

Veal Chop covered with Potatoes, Onions, and Mushrooms served over a bed  of Spinach or Rapini.

One Veal Chop is 1 serving
  • ¾ cup + 2 table spoons olive oil
  • 2 1’1/2” thick loin Veal Chops
  • 1 Large Potato (Peeled Sliced ¼” slices)
  • 2 lbs. peppers (Red and Green)
  • 6 oz. Baby portabella mushrooms (Cleaned and sliced)
  • 2 lbs. baby Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 table spoons Light Soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of granulated Garlic (Or 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic Chopped very fine)
  • 4 large cloves Garlic, Chopped fine.

Note: 1) You can cook the Veal, Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms to taste; 2) Serve over a bed of Spinach or Rapini (Sautéed in Olive Oil and Garlic) 3) 135 is rare, 140 is medium rare
