Just finished making the Pizza Rustica! We are having it for brunch Easter Sunday. I'm letting it cool on a rack. You say nothing about refrigeration in the recipe. Do I put it in the fridge till Sunday and take it out and serve it room temperature? It smells devine, I can't wait!!! Thanks!

  • If you are not going to eat it the same day tnen you should refrigerate it and warm it up the day that you will eat it.
