If you are not going to eat it the same day tnen you should refrigerate it and warm it up the day that you will eat it.

Just finished making the Pizza Rustica! We are having it for brunch Easter Sunday. I'm letting it cool on a rack. You say nothing about refrigeration in the recipe. Do I put it in the fridge till Sunday and take it out and serve it room temperature? It smells devine, I can't wait!!! Thanks!
