This Giveaway is open to all friends CookingwithNonna.com members who are legal residents of the (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia.

Official Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By participating in the “Isernio’s Sausage Giveaway” entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. CookingWithNonna.com will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, unavailable network connections, or failed, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or for any human or mechanical error that may occur in the processing of entries. CookingwithNonna.com reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, or due to sponsor error or refusal. CookingwithNonna.com will not formerly acknowledge receipt of entries as they enter. If you do not agree with any of these Rules, please do not participate in the Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Isernio’s Sausage Giveaway is only open to CookingwithNonna.com members who are legal residents of the (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age. All employees (and their immediate families) of Isernio’s Sausage or CookingwithNonna.com, and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Giveaway are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail and mailing address in order to win.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must be a CookingWithNonna.com member. If you don't have a free CookingWithNonna membership, feel free to join. Entry to the Giveaway can be earned from July 31st, 2013 starting at 00:00:01 AM EST through September 3rd, 2013 11:59:59 PM EST by completing online entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter. Limit (1) one entry per person, per membership sign-up, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person using the same address. Participating in the Giveaway does not guarantee that a member will win a prize.

3.1 ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY: If you are a member, you can sign up for the Giveaway. If you are not a member, you can also sign up for the Giveaway by completing the entry form. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway period begins July 31st, 2013 at 00:00:01 AM EST through September 3rd, 2013 11:59:59 PM EST. Entries received after the end of the Giveaway period will not be eligible. Winner must agree to provide his/her full name, U.S. mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) to accept the prize.

5. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law, the winner by accepting the prize grants to CookingwithNonna.com and Isernio’s Sausage and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Giveaway entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

6. PRIZE DRAWINGS/ODDS: The potential winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected via a random drawing of all valid entries entered during the period of the Giveaway. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the period. All members who earn entries will be eligible for the prize indicated as the Prize.
The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within 48 hours after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by CookingWithNonna, the judge of the Giveaway, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, CookingWithNonna may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at CookingWithNonna’s discretion, be randomly selected.
On September 4th at approximately 3:00 PM EST, CookingwithNonna.com will announce publicly and on its website the winner of the Giveaway. All decisions by Cooking with Nonna and the sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.

7. ENTRIES BREAKDOWN: Entries can be earned from July 31th, 2013 at 00:00:01 AM EST through September 3rd, 2010 11:59:59 PM EST by engaging in activities that are consistent with CookingwithNonna.com membership, and in no way particular to this Giveaway.

8. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The Prizes consist of one (1) Grand Prize and four (4) secondary prizes. The Grand Prize consists of 20 Lbs of four quarterly shipments of assorted Isernio’s Sausages product that will be shipped to the home of the winner of the Grand Prize. Te four secondary prizes consist of 10 Lbs of Isernio’s Sausages products that will be shipped once to the home of the winners. The prize is non-transferable and there can be no substitutions or cash credits. The Fair Market value of the Grand Prize is approximately $560.00. The Fair Market value of each secondary Prize is approximately $70.00.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other restrictions may apply.

9. GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions, and by the decisions of Sponsor (Cooking with Nonna and Isernio’s Sausage), which are final and binding in all respects. Cooking with Nonna and Isernio’s Sausage are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsors which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway (or portion thereof), Sponsors reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof). Sponsors also reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any website operated by the Giveaway Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Terms & Conditions, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsors are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Giveaway or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Giveaway information.
10. CONDITIONS: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants and winners agree to release and hold CookingwithNonna.com and Isernio’s Sausage and all of their parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, advertising, public relations, marketing agencies and employees and officers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway, harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, rights, claims, actions with respect to or in any way arising from and in connection with this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damages or loss. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Giveaway or use or redemption of the prize(s).

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through the Giveaway is subject to Cooking with Nonna’s Privacy Policy, located at: Privacy Policy . By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy and authorize Cooking with Nonna to share this personal information with Isernio’s Sausage (Sponsor) who shall maintain similar privacy requirements.

12. WINNER: The full name (and the corresponding image) of winner will be posted on CookingwithNonna.com at the end of the Giveaway.
