  • 0.5 cup (100 ml) heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups (300 gr) sugar
  • 0.75 cup (100 gr) corn starch
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon, peel only
