Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.33 cup melted margarine

For the Cheesecake:

  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 1.75 traspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 large eggs

Directions

FOR THE CRUST:

  1. Combine crumbs and sugar.
  2. Stir in melted margarine until fully blended.
  3. Press into bottom of 9” cheesecake pan.

FOR THE CHEESECAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix with an electric beater in a large bowl the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugars gradually.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add pumpkin and spice.
  6. Pour into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, 45 minutes.
