Tortellini Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

For the Pasta Salad:

  • 1 14 oz package frozen Tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Basil Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 2 cups Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Bocconcini

Directions

Drop the Tortellini into generously salted boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

Drain and toss the tortellini with the oil. Cool for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and toss to coat everything in the pesto sauce.

Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
