At this event, my Nonna Romana and I prepared a recipe that my Nonna has been making since she was a young girl in her hometown Mola di Bari (Bari), Puglia: Eggplant Rollatini. I must say that we both had a really good time and everyone loved the Rollatini. My Nonna also gave to all the attendees samples of her Taralli Baresi... they were absolutely a huge success.
