La Rasola Print E-mail

La Rasola

La Rasola is a very old tool used by ladies in Puglia to make Orecchiette and Cavatelli. This particular elegant Rasola was made for me by a dear fan, Luigi Liuzzi, living in Los Angeles, CA. His family is originally from Conversano (Puglia). Luigi had seen some photos of me holding a Rasola owned by a chef from Puglia while he was visiting the US and asked me where he could buy one. As they are virtually non-existent in the US and very difficult to find even in Italy, he made two of them, one for himself and one for me. Grazie Luigi!

“Eventually you’re Bio X4 going to stop consuming less, and when you stop, you will gain back more fat than you lost,” says Jonathan Bailor, author of the New York Times bestseller The Calorie Myth. “Because when you go back to eating your previous diet, you will be putting that high-calorie, low-quality food into a destroyed metabolic system
