Fourth of July weekend is only a few days away!  Are you using your lovely garden herbs/vegetables to cook something special?  I am going to make use of my mint which is growing like crazy in my garden!  I am going to make some mint ice cubes to throw in ice green tea this weekend and add some in a summer punch I'm making for a barbecue.  Share your thoughts!  Happy Fourth of July!
