- 1 lb. mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
- zest of 1 medium lemon
- 1 quart fresh strawberries hulled, rinsed and sliced
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 Tblsp butter
- Garnish with - a drizzle of quality balsamic vinegar plus a dusting of powdered sugar

Additional Tips
Feel free to try this with classic italian bread cutting into 4 inch sized little loaves. Then slice each little loaf almost in 1/2 horizontally- being sure to NOT cut all the way though, leaving each sliced hinged. Proceed with recipe from step 2.
