Directions/StepsThe roasted red peppers become more flavorful when made ahead of time and stored in the garlic oil. If you do not want the onions on to of the burger then you can heat them in the skillet or microwave just before building. The onions can be made a couple of days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. The patties can easily be varied. If you have a superstar meatball recipe, you can easily use that as your burger patty. Here I just used the ground chuck to appeal to people on a budget as it is usually on sale most of the time and has a wonderful flavor for burgers.
