I living in North Carolina and grew up on Maryland. I am half Italian on my Dad's side; Pugliese to be exact. I grew up cooking with my Mother who is not Italian, but she is a great cook and learned to cook Italian from my Grandmother and Great Aunts and she taught herself as well. I love watching the videos on youtube and I have already cooked a few recipes. Thank you so much for the recipes, stories and information.
