I love to cook. I grew up outside of the Bronx in NY. Though I am not Italian, I was exposed to many Italian dishes at Italian homes of friends and many restaurants. My mother in law is Italian and not a huge fan of cooking.....so love to bring new things to dinner in honor of her heritage and for my husband that LOVES Italian meals. He loves my cooking....just adding to my menus! I love this site.
