I am very proud of my Italian heritage. Both sides of my parents, parents came here to the USA from Italy. I have learned to cook from my Nonna, mother and aunt I am so happy to teach my daughter the authentic family recipes. I am always looking to cook more of the traditional dishes that I never had the chance to cook.
