Rossella Rago, host of the Cooking with Nonna show and author of the “Cooking with Nonna” cookbook will provide a hands-on presentation, emphasizing Italian heritage, culture and language. She will also facilitate an interactive panel discussion. Her maternal Nonna Romano will join Ms. Rago along with nonne (grandmothers) from different regions of Italy who have contributed recipes in the cookbook.
