in search of what will satisfy our love for the taste of meat. Some would say pork, others would run to poultry,some only to exotics like elk,moose,venison etc..but...most of us choose to have a nice juicy, perfectly grilled steak! As a famous quote touts "there's nothing better than Beef". I may have stoked the fire in the discussion of what is the better meat,what is the better seasonings, and what is the better way to cook it. In the end,it's about eating and enjoying a juicy piece of meat! Love it!
