Adults have only one meal without meat.
Mock fish,Pesce scappato, and cod are used in many families that respect the Catholic tradition.
Try to cook it, is a simple recipe and very tasty.

I've always loved Easter treats. Hope everyone is doing well!

I've not been making pizza rustiche for the last couple of years since we all have been trying to watch our calories/cholesterol. I've been a good boy since then.So,why not. I'll be making a smaller one this year.

On Good Friday,I'm planning on making calamarii al' Luciana which is simply calamari steamed in its' own liquid with plenty of garlic,parsley,pepperoncini, loads of bread for scarpata & a nice chilled bottle of Orvieto or Frascati.
