so...decided to warm up chicken parm and made spaghetti squash with marinara and mozzarella and parsley...alongside some roasted zucchini and mushrooms to use them up.. I hate to throw out and love to use as fresh as possible.
What's for dinner?
I still see you have a half golden pot like me! lol...Did you see I won the 4th July contest? Not often I get to pat myself on the back, so I am. Hope you had a great holiday.

Last day of 3rd grade for my twin girls today. Starting the summer off by making fruit smoothies this afternoon. Yum!
