Male Father Can cook like a Nonna!

My mother who was born on Cosenza Reggio Calabria used to make pesto with just EVO, Basil, Pecorino Romano and a couple of anchovy strips. It was out of this world good. Have you ever heard of this?

I make my own pasta and have a pizza oven in my yard in sunny California. I love fresh vegetables and am growing San Marzano tomatoes for the first time this year.
