Please let me know if you have interest in collaborating with Chef John and myself for your future tours, I saw you extended the one in Sept for a second week! He's a great, award winning Chef and has been in business for many years. He also publishes magazines for the trade. His specialty classes include the whole spectrum of Italian Cuisine.
