Help! I made your Ricotta cheese cake and it was perfect both times. I made it yesterday and after baking there was. Lot of liquid and it continued to seep. I used whole milk ricotta, mixer set on “4”and blended for 10 minutes. What went wrong?

That brand of ricotta may have been too watery. Try again by removing some water first.
