I found Rosella when I was desperately seeking the directions to make what I now know is Cartellate. It come out EXACLY like my grandmother's did. I was thrilled to be able to teach my kids how to make it and it's now our FAVORITE Christmas cookies But we called it "scot-ta-guuud".
