My wife and i have owned a house in Spoleto, Umbria which we purchased in 2014. We love the people, food and culture in this part of Italy and feel truly blessed to be part of the community in our local village of Silvignano. Whenever we are Italy, we love to hold dinner parties and prepare traditional Umbrian dishes utilising the very best local ingredients.
