Description

Bocconotti... crunchy pockets of dough filles with sweet almonds... perfect for Christmas!

For the Dough:

  • 2 Lbs - Flour
  • 1 3/4 Cups - Dry white wine
  • 1/2 Cup - Olive oil

For the Filling:

  • 1 Cup almonds
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Vin Cotto
  • 2 Additional cups of Vin Cotto to dip the Bocconotti
  • Olive oil for frying
