DescriptionI have lived in Rhode Island for the last 20 years. When I first moved here, my lovely Italian neighbor Mrs. Bazagalupi "adopted" me and this is one of the recipes she taught me for Feast of the 7 Fishes.

- 3 pounds cleaned squid
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint oil for frying
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh garlic
