I raised 2 boys on my own and had to prepare many meals.The ones that seemed easiest were Italian.My mom who was a great cook told me to always season to taste,not to recipe,which I did .As a result I prepared my dish to my now present wife who fell in love with me and my cooking.We added three more boy's to our family and they are now all grown,but still like it when I cook Italian.
