My name is Laura and I am a first generation Italian American. I was raised in an italian family that believes cooking at home is the best food and it's true! Especially when its home made. I have lots of experience canning tomatoes, homemade wine & pasta and I love spending (and of course, eating) with family & friends at the dinner table.
