I was taught to cook by my grandfather, who immigrated from Sicily with my grandmother, born in Naples, Italy when they were 13 years old (& already married!) He and my grandmother taught me how to cook and lasagna is my speciality. I always have to make it when my son comes to visit. I LOVE being Italian and am SO happy to have found this website!
