This looks to be the same way my own Nonna made it, which was fabulous, and has my mouth watering; but I'm not certain about the process. Do you have a video of this recipe - from another Nonna? I'd love to see it if you do. Thank you for posting the recipe!

I remember this. I can almost smell it! sounds delicious. I'm trying it this weekend. One question, use all three meats or choose one of the three?
