Description

Brasciole in Ragu` Sauce: on Sunday my Nonna makes Brasciole in Ragu` Sauce!

 

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Lb - Beef cut in thin slices
  • 1/2 Lb - Veal cut in thin slices
  • 1/2 Lb - Pork cut in thin slices
  • Garlic cut in wedges
  • Pecorino Romano - cut in small wedges
  • 1/2 Cup - Dry white wine
  • Hot pepper
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • EV olive oil
  • 1 Qt. - Tomato sauce

This looks to be the same way my own Nonna made it, which was fabulous, and has my mouth watering; but I'm not certain about the process. Do you have a video of this recipe - from another Nonna? I'd love to see it if you do. Thank you for posting the recipe!
