I got all tearful making meatballs & marinara tonight - & realised it's because we have a new little nipote. My sister's 1st. 8 days old.
We have to others via my husband's brother, but they are long grown & never really needed a Zia.

Engaged to a Franco-Italian. All my 'Italian' food experience is from an outsider perspective. Had the world's worst pasta disaster tonight, so he suggested this place. What're the top 3 things I should master first to win his stomach-heart? So far, the only thing he really likes that I've made is pasta Alfredo, and garlic bread.
