Ingredients

For 5 Batch(es)

For the Cream:

  • 3 3/4 cups (900 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups (300 gr) sugar
  • 3/4 cup (100 gr) corn starch
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon, peel only

Directions

  1. Get the Cannoli Shells HERE
  2. Make the Custard Cream according to this Recipe.
  3. Let the Custard Cream completely cool.
  4. Fill the Cannoli and serve.
