See Full Review >>I was surprised that this simple marinade added so much nice flavor to shrimp, easy to whip up too. My one lemon yielded 2 Tbs of juice. Because the acid 'cooks' the delicate shellfish, I would recommend marinating it no more than 2 hrs. It was too hot to cook these in the oven, so I grilled these outside. I had some fish fillets too, so the additional marinade was used for that for basting. -
