9/03/2018: That wonderful time of year will soon be upon us. I'm planning in my mind right now the cookies I plan to bake with my grand-children and great-grand-son. I'm gluten-free so all my baking will need to be modified to accommodate my needs. Pignoli will be one type, for sure.
