For the Farro:
- 1/2 Pound Farro
- 5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 13 oz jar cannellini beans
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs

- Get the Ingredients Needed for this Recipe HERE
- Drop the Farro in boiling salted water.
- In a large saute pan, add the extra virgin olive oil, the slices onion and the red pepper flakes.
- Let the onion saute` until it becomes very translucent.
- Add the Cannellini beans with the water that comes in the jar.
- Add the rosemary sprigs.
- Let the beans cook for about 14 minutes at medium flame.
- With a spoon smash some of the beans to create a more creamy sauce. If the suce dries up add some of the farro water.
- Once the farri is cooked, drain some of the water and add it to the pan.
- Mix well and serve.
